A Men’s Circle for Truth, Healing, and Authentic Masculinity
Hosted By: Dominic Tovar, Reiki-Certified Practitioner
Part One: Origins of Masculinity
For generations, men have carried silent stories about what it means to “be a man.” Some of these stories gave us strength. Others left wounds. This circle is a chance to pause, reflect, and ask: Where did my idea of masculinity come from? And is it truly mine?
In this opening session of our ongoing men’s group, we’ll explore:
· The family, cultural, and societal influences that shaped our masculinity
· The unspoken rules and expectations we inherited
· How these beliefs helped us — and where they may have limited us
· What it means to step into a more authentic, heart-centered masculinity today
Through grounding practices, journaling, and honest conversation in a safe circle, we’ll begin the journey of uncovering and redefining masculinity together.
This group is for men who are ready to leave competition behind, embrace vulnerability, and step into brotherhood and healing.
October’s Circle: The Masks We Wear: Exploring the roles/identities men adopt to be accepted (provider, tough guy, ladies’ man, etc.)
Date/Time: Friday, September 19th / 7:30-9pm
Suggested Donations: $10

We’ll begin with a guided meditation aligned with the theme of our baked creation, setting intentions to infuse into each ingredient. Then, we’ll move into the kitchen where all supplies are provided and together, we’ll craft our intention-filled treats.
While our spells bake in the oven, we’ll gather in community sharing oracle readings, laughter, and connection like a coven around the hearth.
