Energy moves through us like a stream through a riverbed. Clear, it flows freely. Blocked by silt and debris carried from upstream, sometimes long before this lifetime — it slows, pools, and stagnates.

We're energetic beings. We absorb energy from the people and spaces around us, often more than we realize, often for longer than we can ever know, including  even things we’ve carried or inherited. 

In this gathering, we work with sacred geometry and energy activation, clearing what's been carried in the chakras and beyond.  

We begin with a guided meditation, move through the energy work together, and close in quiet, shared reflection.

A peaceful, safe space. Come as you are , no experience needed. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket and eye mask.

Come join us for a monthly Reiki Share Circle. Whether you're an experienced Reiki practitioner, newly attuned, looking to deepen your practice, curious about energy healing, or simply wanting to enjoy an evening of connection, healing and community, you are welcome.

This gathering is a supportive, collaborative community where everyone has the opportunity to both give and receive healing energy. No Reiki certification or previous energy healing experience is required-just an open heart and a willingness to participate.

We will begin the evening with intentional grounding, followed by a simple hand activation practice to help you connect with and experience the flow of energy through your hands. From there, we'll break into small groups, allowing each participant dedicated time to relax and receive healing from others in their group.

About your facilitator:  Vanessa Grace, LICSW has many years of practice in universal energy healing work, and tuned this more precisely to womb healing work within herself.  She now shares this with others. As a Priestess and Radiance Coach, Vanessa focus on heightening your own perception of ancient ways to spiral with the feminine, and then choose to knit those into how you, as a feminine, exist in life.

Note: A person does not need to have the physical organ of a uterus to be in this ceremony.

Community Cuddles — November 1

Community Cuddles is a guided, consent-centered gathering for authentic human connection.

Together we'll explore clear communication, boundaries, giving and receiving an authentic yes or no, making requests, changing our minds, and discovering what connection feels right for us.

The workshop culminates in optional community cuddling, where participants can put these practices into action.

Singles, couples, and friends are all welcome. You choose whether, how, and with whom you participate in touch. Everything is optional, and you never have to cuddle to belong.

We also offer a Solitude Zone, a designated no-touch, no-invitations-to-touch space where participants can rest, observe, or simply be with themselves while remaining part of the gathering.

Community Cuddles is not a dating or hook-up event. It is an opportunity to practice consent, authentic communication, boundaries, and human connection in a supportive community environment.

Facilitated by Rob Patton, MDiv, founder of Heart Man Healing Arts, with a background in clinical and hospice chaplaincy, mediation, ritual facilitation, Reiki, and professional cuddle training and mentorship.
