Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, or simply seeking deeper self-awareness, Rachel is here to guide you on your healing journey. Through the power of sound, we’ll work together to cultivate resilience, foster self-compassion, and awaken your innate ability to heal and transform.
During each session, the resonant tones from healing instruments stimulate your brain and nervous system, inducing a peaceful Theta state an altered state of consciousness where healing and transformation can take place. This space allows you to release fear, anxiety, trauma, and negative patterns, while inviting peace, joy, and self-awareness.

You’re invited to a grounding evening of sound meditation; a space to slow down, listen deeply, and rest in awareness. We’ll explore sound as a support for presence, reflection, and nervous system settling. We'll experience energetic resonance through immersion in sound and vibration.
You’re welcome exactly as you are, whether you’re seeking calm, focus, regulation, community, or simply curious about the instruments.

Join me on a journey—
a soft unfolding through guided meditation,
where Reiki moves freely through body, spirit, and mind.
Each week, a new theme rises like dawn—
sound baths shimmer and ripple,
awakening the energy that waits within.
Together, we listen, breathe, and integrate
what Reiki reveals and restores.
Some weeks, words find us through journal prompts;
other times, an oracle card from Beecons Yoga
finds its way into your hands,
a whisper of guidance to carry home.
No sound bath is ever the same—
and after one, neither will you be.

Embodied Energy: A Crystal & Sound Journey Experience
Hosted by: Tasha SoundAlchemist
Explore how energy is experienced through crystal awareness and sound integration. A gentle space for grounding, curiosity, and self-trust.
This workshop is an invitation to experience energy through your own body without pressure, analysis, or expectation. It is designed to support curiosity, grounding, and self-trust through embodied energy awareness.
In this session we will spend a few minutes where you’ll be guided to hold and sense crystals individually and together, noticing subtle differences in sensation and awareness. We’ll then integrate the experience through a calming sound bath using crystal bowls and intuitive sound.
This workshop is not about learning crystal meanings or doing anything “right.” It’s about slowing down, listening to your body, and allowing your own experience to unfold naturally.
All levels are welcome. Bring two crystals and an open mind.

A Community Drumming Circle
Hosted By: Cynthia Williams
The purpose of the Drum Circle is to create a group rhythm of
connection, community, and healing. It is improvisational musical
experience that feeds the soul and honors the beauty in release and
self expression.

your voice * Come as you are.
This particular Drum Circle falls on the New Years Eve. The time of year people reflect on what they want to let go and/ or bring in. A time of an end of cycle and new beginnings. According to the Native American Medicine Wheel it is a time of the north and fire. The north represents endurance cleansing, and transformation. Fire symbolizes purification and the wisdom gained through life challenges. It’s time to bring in the medicine of your drum to aid you although the coming year! I will share with you how the Medicine Wheel is in your drum.
What to Expect
• We’ll begin with introduction and grounding breath
• share an overview of the medicine wheel: How it represent the circle of
life, the four directions and what they represent, the beauty of the
interconnectedness, health, and healing.
• The correlation of the medicine wheel to the drum. How to find your true north and in so doing finding direction in your life.
• We’ll give gratitude to the four directions and someone starts a beat
others join in when ready and the rhythm begins. Usually there’s several
drum sessions and the first one is always the worm up.
