Join Tasha and Kendra for a deeply restorative evening designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of your body through movement, breath, and sound.

We will begin with 7–10 minutes of gentle, intuitive movement and breath to release tension, awaken the body, and bring awareness into the present moment. This light embodiment practice helps prepare the body and nervous system to more fully receive the healing vibrations of sound.

You will then be guided into a restorative sound journey where Crystal Tones singing bowls and other sacred instruments create waves of vibration that support relaxation, energetic clearing, and inner alignment. As the frequencies move through the body, they invite the mind to soften, the nervous system to settle, and the body to return to a natural state of harmony.

This experience is designed to support grounding, relaxation, and deeper connection with your inner rhythm.

Each month, sound healers come together to co-create a layered journey of tone, story, and subtle surprise. Hidden messages, familiar melodies, and playful elements are woven into the sound inviting you beyond the thinking mind and into deep, intuitive listening.

Jeff and Shaun join in collaborative sound, weaving flute, voice, handpan, crystal bowls, and vibrational instruments into a journey that is both grounding and expansive. Together, they create a dynamic field of sound that invites emotional release, inner reflection, and connection to something deeper.

Jeff, a self-taught flute player and shamanic teacher, brings heart-centered sound rooted in earth wisdom and the teachings of minerals. Through storytelling, humor, and lived experience, he creates a sound journey that feels both ancestral and alive.

Shaun brings a multidimensional approach to sound and awareness, blending mindfulness, wisdom traditions, and deep inner work into a kind of living alchemy where sound supports integration across body, emotion, and consciousness.

A Community Drumming Circle

The purpose of the Sacred Rhythm Night Drumming Circle is to create a shared rhythm of connection, community, and healing. This is an improvisational musical experience that feeds the soul and honors the beauty of release and self-expression.

What to expect: 

• Opening introductions and grounding breath
• Discussion on honoring the four cardinal directions
• Sharing ideas and interests for future drum circles
• Offering gratitude to the four directions
• Group drumming — one person begins a beat, others join when ready
• Multiple drumming rounds, with the first serving as a warm-up
• Closing circle with grounding breath, reflection, gratitude, and space to share what arose

Through the deep, resonant frequencies of the gong, we will journey into a meditative space where sound moves through the body—vibrating down to the bones. These grounding, bone-chilling frequencies help release stagnant energy while awakening a sense of power, presence, and deep inner knowing.

During the meditation, we will walk in wolf medicine—calling forward the spirit of the wolf as guide and guardian. The wolf reminds us of intuition, loyalty to the soul path, and the courage to run free with our authentic nature.
