Together we will breathe and create sacred space allowing ourselves to open to receive while releasing and letting go.

How to prepare: bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye cover if needed. Please allow for enough time to find parking and to get settled in before we begin.

Jeff and Shaun join in collaborative sound, weaving flute, voice, handpan, crystal bowls, and vibrational instruments into a journey that is both grounding and expansive. Jeff, a self-taught flute player and shamanic teacher, brings heart-centered sound rooted in earth wisdom and the teachings of minerals. Through storytelling, humor, and lived experience, he creates a sound journey that feels both ancestral and alive.
