You’re invited to a special Mother’s Day Sound Bath, a grounding evening of sound meditation; a space to slow down, listen deeply, and rest in awareness.

This offering is an invitation to honor the many expressions of mothering—whether you are a mother, have a mother, are healing your relationship with motherhood, or simply wish to reconnect with the nurturing, supportive energy within yourself.

How to prepare: Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and eye-cover. Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking, arrive, and get settled.

There is a wild wisdom that lives within the bones of the feminine spirit—ancient, instinctual, and deeply connected to the rhythms of the earth. She Who Runs With Wolves is a powerful gong sound bath ceremony designed to awaken that primal knowing within.

Through the deep, resonant frequencies of the gong, we will journey into a meditative space where sound moves through the body—vibrating down to the bones. These grounding, bone-chilling frequencies help release stagnant energy while awakening a sense of power, presence, and deep inner knowing.

During the meditation, we will walk in wolf medicine—calling forward the spirit of the wolf as guide and guardian. The wolf reminds us of intuition, loyalty to the soul path, and the courage to run free with our authentic nature.

This ceremony honors the wild and untamed side of the divine feminine—the part that knows how to listen to instinct, trust the body, and reclaim the sacred voice within. Come rest, receive the medicine of sound, and reconnect with the ancient rhythm that lives within your bones.

Through breath, body, and frequency, we gather in a shared space of deep restoration—allowing the nervous system to regulate and the mind to quiet. This is your invitation to rest, realign, and recharge.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to ground you back into your body, then drift into sound—letting the frequencies carry you into stillness and support you as you prepare for the week ahead.

Bring your own drum if you have one. A few will be available to borrow for those who need.

Jeff and Shaun join in collaborative sound, weaving flute, voice, handpan, crystal bowls, and vibrational instruments into a journey that is both grounding and expansive. Together, they create a dynamic field of sound that invites emotional release, inner reflection, and connection to something deeper.

Jeff, a self-taught flute player and shamanic teacher, brings heart-centered sound rooted in earth wisdom and the teachings of minerals. Through storytelling, humor, and lived experience, he creates a sound journey that feels both ancestral and alive.

Shaun brings a multidimensional approach to sound and awareness, blending mindfulness, wisdom traditions, and deep inner work into a kind of living alchemy where sound supports integration across body, emotion, and consciousness.
