This workshop is designed to help you shake out stagnation, release tension, and reclaim your true badass self. Through a mix of breathwork, somatic movement, and longer-held poses that target fascia and muscles, we’ll open the body, clear out stuck energy, and set your spirit free.

We’ll honor this celestial moment by creating ritual moon water—infused with our intentions, and lunar energy—to carry forward into the darker months , as well as a drift wood keychain to further bring in the medicine of  the beaver.
